Desiring to create an internal learning organization, develop the employability, the digital orientation and share experience about CRM, Acticall created “My Academy” the corporate university of the group.
The Learning Tribes team engineered 5 training paths with gamification & certification as well as a global training path for the 7500 empoyees. We developed also a blended learning strategy based on coaching, training class, practices…). The project is now expanding to the 70000 employees of Acticall-Sitel group.
